ISIS fighters have executed 232 people and have used thousands of hostages as human shield in other to advance through Iraqi forces. This happened after Kurdish and Iraqi forces edged closer into the city to battle the Islamic fighters...who then began massive killings on civilians and former Iraqi Security Forces for refusing to join them.
Speaking with CNN, Ravina Shamdasani of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, confirmed that the terror group carried out mass killings on Wednesday, punishing people who had defied its orders.
‘On Wednesday ISIS executed 42 civilians in Hammam al-Alil, a town south of Mosul. Also on Wednesday ISIS executed 190 former Iraqi Security Forces for refusing to join them, in the Al Ghazlani base near Mosul,’
